Løgumkloster Refugium

At Løgumkloster Refugium you will experience genuine danish design in building architecture, furniture architecture and the choice of quality materials. Furnitures designed by famous danish funiture arhcitects like Børge Mogensen and Hans Jørgen Wegner. Some of the seminars will take place in the stylish conference room ”Havesalen” designed by the architects Lundgaard & Tranberg Arkitekter A/S

We will have deliceous and well prepared food during the festival. The kitchen of Løgumkloster Refugium is known as very good and innovative. 

The surroundings are historical. Løgumkloster Refugium is located right next to the 12th. century Cistercian monastery and church. On the opposite site you have a green meadow and a small stream passing. Apart from nice hotel rooms Løgumkloster Refugium also offers living space, where you can sit and read a book, make your correspondance, talk to frineds in cosy surroundings or just enjoy the luxury of silence.

Klosterhallen

Klosterhallen is a large complex of modern sports- and exhibition facilities located only 700 meters from the center of Løgumkloster and at the forest edge of Løgumkloster Plantation.

Klosterhallen also offers full accomodation including breakfast and diner as well as modern conference facilities. We will create our own great exhibition of hombuilt sportscars in the largest of the 4 halls available, the DJS Arena. Here we have plenty of space, warm and comfortable facilites sheltering us and our cars from the from the whimsical Danish October climate.

Den Gamle Biograf

- or in english: ”The Old Cinema” is almost historical in its origin. With clear references to functional architecture style from the 20s and 30s it is a quite special facility, but including all modern cinema techniques such as surround sound and 3D technology.

But the cinema is also a theatre room with a stage and all modern AV techiques available. Great atmosphere for an auditorium.
